Dr. Anna Dondero - Veterinarian

${name}

Dr. Dondero's passion for volleyball brought her to the University of Denver where she studied biochemistry in hopes of becoming a human medical doctor.

Dr. Dondero was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV with her parents, two siblings, and pets (dogs, cats, lizards, turtles, rabbits, and more). When she decided to start volunteering at animal shelters while in college, her love for the human-animal bond grew exponentially.

After graduating the University of Denver, she worked as a receptionist, kennel assistant, and technician throughout animal hospitals in Denver and Boulder. While working, Dr. Dondero was able to explore the importance of the human-animal bond with the connection of veterinary medicine. She began to love building strong connections with clients to become an essential part of her local community.

Dr. Dondero attended Colorado State University College for her veterinary doctorate (Go Rams!). She graduated magna cum laude as the class president in 2023. With hopes to stay in beautiful Colorado, Moore Animal Hospital was the perfect fit to start her career as an associate veterinarian.

Now Dr. Dondero lives with her fiancée, a true Fort Collins native, and Australian shepherd, Nas. On the weekends, Dr. Dondero loves to take Nas on long walks where he can swim and play with his all-time-favorite toy… the frisbee!
